Processing Time

All Mocking Threads products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business days before they are shipped.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, selected shipping method, and the items in your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.


Delayed Shipments

While we work with trusted production and shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may not be able to modify the order once production has begun. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned or needs to be reshipped.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@mockingthreads.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend first contacting your local shipping carrier. If you still need assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
